The role will primarily be responsible for managing facilities management of REPH and identifying & recommending opportunities of improving processes.
The role will also ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements including those from DOLE, DENR, DOE, BFP, local Government Units and other agencies .
The function is accountable in managing the following areas :
Maintaining a suitable and comfortable working environment by overseeing and/or coordinating with JLL on property maintenance including housekeeping, security arrangements, building repairs and enhancements, and equipment repairs and maintenance
Coordinating with the lessor, building manager, JLL, and other vendors and service providers on any facility matters and concerns
Monitoring of monthly GRECS reports (such as utilities consumption using HARA and seat assignment using ARCHIBUS)
Assign work, provides direction to Workplace & Safety Specialist and JLL Team and ensure that assigned task are completed. Ensures effective and appropriate facility team members coverage.
In charge in monitoring and updating the Non Solus Facilities Service Desk
Ensure that the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policies of the company are observed
Monitors the performance of team members. Provide feedback on their performance and conducts performance evaluation.
Makes recommendations and assist with developing facility policies & procedures and facility improvement based on latest trends in design and functionality appropriate for the charging business environment and employee experience.
Work with Incident Assessment Team to enhance contingency plans, mitigating the effect of interruption.
Manage the REPH Emergency Response Team of both Manila and Iloilo sites.
Maintains Facility Team performance data, documentation, and other pertinent information.
Assumes operation of the Facility Team in absence of the Admin and Facilities Manager.
Resolve facility concerns and inquiries
Ensure quality service from our JLL Team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong quantitative and reporting skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage information, data, and trends
Organized with good information management skills
Process and results oriented
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
Must have at least 2-years of relevant working experience with similar role
Strong familiarity with the BPO or Shared Services industry as well as its key operational metrics, targets, best practices, benchmarks, etc.
