Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an RN or LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care

Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and self-care

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records

Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely and effective interventions

Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment

Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

CPR and ACLS certifications

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
