　　_Minimum Education_ * Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner’s training program. * Hold current license as a Nurse Practitioner with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

　　_Required Licenses_ * Current NP license required. * BLS required. * Family Care and Urgent Care providers must obtain DOT Physical Certification within one year of hire. * Must possess a working knowledge of medication use and administration.
