About the Home:

　　Sycamore Court is a nursing and residential care home providing accommodation for up to 40 people with a diverse range of care needs, including dementia. This purpose-built home is set over three floors, each accommodating different service requirements. Rooms are light and spacious and have en-suite facilities, ideal for those with mobility issues or requiring wheelchair access

　　We are looking for a full time 40hrs Registered Nurses (Days & Night) with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:

　　What does the role involve?

　　Achieve a high standard of care.

　　Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support

　　Maintain effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day to day changes.

　　Wound management

　　Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.

　　Be responsible for the ordering, administration and recording of medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.

　　Provide appropriate personal care for residents e.g., washing and dressing and toileting

　　Provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort.

　　Assessment of perspective clients/residents.

　　Participate fully in the training and development of all grades of staff.

　　Assist Manager to work within agreed budgets – Mainly Deputy Manager responsibilities
