　　How will you make an impact?

　　If you are passionate about learning how we manage administration of ERP Oracle JD Edwards running on-premise & AWS Cloud, then this role is for you. As a CNC Lead Responsible for the maintenance, support and deployment of the Enterprise One global infrastructure and its operations. This position will provide Enterprise One configuration, security administration, object management, and coordinate with Applications, Development and other Infrastructure team members.

　　What will you do ?

　　Lead and mentor a team of CNC specialists, encouraging a collaborative and innovative work environment.

　　Manage and implement E1 system maintenance, upgrades, and patching to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

　　Identify and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of JD Edwards E1 systems.

　　Establish and maintain processes and procedures for implementing and maintaining the J.D Edwards

　　Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.

　　Collaborate with software vendors and third-party providers for support and issue resolution.

　　Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and standard processes.

　　Provide regular reports on system performance and departmental activities to upper management.

　　Lead & Perform Tools Release Upgrade, JDE Localizations, Language Packs, Setup 21 CFR Audits

　　Install, implement and supervise Enterprise One & related components like Oracle WebLogic, E1 JAS-Servers, AIS mobility Components with Orchestration, Business Services Server and related package deployments.

　　Be responsible for security and access controls for JD Edwards E1, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

　　Implement High Available and Load Balancing using F5

　　Implement ERP on Cloud Platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud Platform)

　　Design and Implement JDE Automation Frameworks using UiPath, Python, Rundeck

　　Implement Monitoring Solutions using tools like Datadog, HP SiteScope, BPM, BSM, SolarWinds

　　Develop ERP Key performance Indicators and Metrics Reports and Dashboards using PowerBI

　　Lead and Perform Performance Tuning and Scalability of JDE Applications as needed to support business growth.

　　Lead & Deploy Core Integrations using BSSV, RTE and Dynamic Java Connectors.

　　Lead & Deploy Custom environments, Path codes and Multi-Foundation instances as needed to support projects and new implementations.

　　Responsible for building, developing, and retaining talent vital to drive a high-performance team to support the company’s short term and long-term strategic plans

　　Working with internal and external auditors and handling internal change processes to align with SOX control requirements

　　Lead the Major Incidents Management with in-depth knowledge System Administration along with Core ERP Business Process (Order to Cash, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Transportation)

　　Deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle

　　Develop project charters, publish project management plans /artifacts

　　Supervise & Report on those service levels, and call out when service levels are not met

　　How will you get here?

　　Education : Bachelor’s degree in the information technology field (BS Information Systems, BS Computer Science) and certification in information technology area.

　　Experience :

　　Role needs minimum 12-14 years of overall experience in IT with 2-4 years of experience in a Lead role.

　　Minimum 6-10 Years of experience In Oracle JD Edwards System Administration

　　Skills Required:

　　OS Knowledge with Scripting expertise [RHEL/Windows 2008-2016/OEL, Powershell, Shell Scripts]

　　Expertise in JDE CNC Core skills with Upgrade [Simplified /Traditional]

　　Experience of JDE AIS Mobility & Orchestration.

　　Experience of JDE Localization, language packs and 21 CFR configuration.

　　Knowledge of JDE Monitoring using Splunk and Datadog

　　Knowledge of JDE on AWS using [EC2,EBS, EFS, VPC, Cloud Watch, LAMBADA, NetApp]

　　Knowledge of JDE Process Automation using -UiPath, Python and Rundeck

　　Knowledge of JDE ERP Key Performance Indicator and Metrics Reporting using PowerBI

　　Expertise in leading JDE Security /preferred using AllOut Security software.

　　Knowledge of JDE Scheduling using BMC Control-M/Smart-Scheduler.

　　Implementation Knowledge of strategy for JDE Tools Upgrade, Data Center Migrations and Disaster recovery

　　Expertise on Performance Tuning and Scalability of JDE Applications.

　　Expertise on JDE Core Integrations using BSSV-RTE-Dynamic Java Connectors.

　　Expertise on Creating Custom environments, path codes and Multi-Foundation instances.
