As an Apprentice Program Coordinator for the North America TA Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our outstanding Apprenticeship Program in partnership with community and higher education/training institutions! Your role will be vital to secure the growth and success of strategic talent programs and Registered Apprenticeships at Micron. This is a contract to hire role.
Responsibilities and Tasks
This position's primary focus is project/program management while using recruiting expertise to improve Micron's talent brand and candidate engagement into programs
Lead the development of Micron’s Registered Apprenticeship program including project plans, highlight of risks and control of issues for each phase of a project while establishing scope and projected budget and reporting needs.
Ensure that the cross-functional collaborators involved in the program are efficiently coordinated, and that key decisions, issues and risks are quickly and accurately consolidated to ensure the program can achieve the intended business and community value.
Partner with internal and external development organizations for early enablement, drive early phases of programs seeking towards sustainment and gain support and investment of programs
Work with other Program Managers in TA and across the business to review metric updates, track business objectives and other Operational Excellence activities while focusing on continuous improvement
Plan and advise schedules as well as resources needed to ensure accurate execution of recruiting events and activities
Ensure internal program success through providing support and mentor for program participants, leveraging an understanding of resources and benefits available to them
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Registered Apprenticeship and program management experience
Recruiting experience, Workday ATS preferred
Travel or event participation outside of normal working hours may be required dependent on involvement in programs (25 - 40%)
Willingness to work a hybrid work arrangement (remote & on-site)
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
Past project/tasks that exhibit organization, communication and leadership skills that involve groups and/or organizations
A degree is not required for this role, relevant skills and experience will be considered
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$81,000.00 - $154,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
