With financial and operational accountability for our Women's Imaging Centers in Westlake Village and Santa Monica, you will develop and implement short and long-term plans and objectives to improve the overall operation of each Center's practice. This will include budgeting, variance minimization, revenue generation, denial management, and marketing while promoting quality and cost-effective patient care.
This role has a strong emphasis on data management and decision-making with focus on center operations.
You will perform image archival and verification of completed breast imaging exams as well as oversee technology professionals and front-end staff. You will ensure breast imaging safety and the achievement of all relevant accreditation requirements. Your ultimate responsibility is to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers at all touchpoints.
Salary: $78,800.00 - $175,000.00 AnnuallyQualifications
We're seeking a self-motivated, patient-focused leader with:
Five or more years of healthcare manager experience - Preferred
BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Preferred
ARRT License - Preferred
CRT License - Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Higher - Preferred
Radiology experience - Preferred
Ability to accurately archive/transfer/retrieve imaging media
Ability to build consensus and ensure open dialogue and problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with conflicting priorities
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and radiology/hospital information systems
Exceptional communication, counseling, conflict mediation, and group facilitation abilities
Knowledge and expertise in the use of imaging equipment
Knowledge in the operation of Hologic Secure workstation
Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations
