This is an on-site, in-the-office, be-around-other-humans position. The dress code is pretty relaxed; wear whatever you feel comfortable in. This position will be located in our Brentwood, TN office

To become a successful COMMANDO, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our clients’ digital presence, marketing needs, and challenges and translating those needs into opportunities to partner with OMNICOMMANDER. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and partnering with CEO’s and senior managers of credit unions in respect to their website design and marketing decisions.
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to learn how to work with technology, and a strong foundation in successful cold and warm call sales techniques are important qualifications for this position. Must additionally have the ability to articulate and communicate OMNICOMMANDER’s value proposition to clients. Skilled at connecting with different personality types and varying levels of technical abilities. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable, and is committed to consistently exceeding client expectations. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Relational B2B sales environment supporting specific North East states
Generating leads from a variety of channels, user groups, and trade shows
Guide each of our clients through the entire decision-making process, handling every aspect of the sales cycle from needs discovery, to presenting a solution, to providing custom proposals, to delivering contracts and closing the deal
Dialogue with our clients to understand their web design and marketing needs
Deliver Statement of Work (SOWs) that reflect the pricing established within our guideline
Follow up with prospects on a regular basis and build long-term relationships
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter
Experience with outside/inside sales
Energetic, motivated, assertive, results-oriented with a need to succeed
The ability to listen and interpret our clients’ needs
Ability to manage multiple clients
Ability to compose professional emails
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - including written and verbal
Multilingual applicants are a plus
Outside Sales: 1 year (Required)
Customer Relationship Management: 1 year (Required)
