Door-to-Door Sales Representatives:04/01/2024 - 10/1/2024. 50 hours/week, 1:00pm-9:00pm (Monday-Friday);11:00am to 9:00pm (Saturday). Hours/work schedule may vary. \$14.89/hour(OT/\$22.34) paid weekly on Friday. A single workweek will be used tocompute wages due. Bonuses, commissions or raises may be paid atemployer discretion based on performance/sales, skill or tenure. Alldeductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made.H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. The SalesRepresentative is responsible for door-to-door in-home presentationswith potential residential customers to have a smart home systeminstalled in the customer\'s home. Build and sell custom smart homepackages unique to each customer\'s home. Ensure customer expectationand company offerings are aligned in terms of the smart home packagesbeing built and offered. Attend daily in-market trainings provided bylocal leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering phone callsand emails if brand new onboarded customers have questions about theproduct installed. Work in all weather conditions. Frequent walking toprospective customer residences. No education or experience required.Employer will provide to the workers, without charge or deposit, alltools, supplies, and equipment to perform the duties assigned.On-the-job training provided. Sales Reps must sell at least 3 accountsper week. Daily transportation to/from worksite will be provided to theworkers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place). Optionalemployer subsidized housing is available to worker upon request at acost ranging from \$200 to \$415 per week. If the worker completes 50%of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the workerfor transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker\'s reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence back home or to theplace, the worker originally departed to work, except where the workerwill not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Theamount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to themost economical and reasonable common carrier for the distancesinvolved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.46 perday during travel to a maximum of \$59 per day with receipts. H-2Bworkers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
