  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Refresh/Inventory Specialist II to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD.

  Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  Ensuring IT assets are refreshed, inventoried, and released in a timely and efficient manner.

  Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the IT asset inventory, tracking the lifecycle of IT assets, and coordinating release activities with stakeholders.

  Performing regular refresh and inventory of IT assets, such as hardware, software, licenses, and agreements using automated tools and scripts.

  Updating and reconciling IT asset inventory records with physical and logical assets, and reporting discrepancies or issues.

  Monitoring and analyzing usage, performance, and health of IT assets, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  Planning and scheduling release activities for IT assets, such as installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and decommissioning.

  Communicating with Development, Testing, Operations, Security, and Business Teams to ensure release requirements and expectations are met.

  Ensuring release activities are executed in accordance with release management strategy, policies, and procedures.

  Troubleshooting and resolving release-related problems during or after release.

  Collecting and reporting on release metrics and feedback.

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline AND 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification

  Active Secret Clearance

  Preferred Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related discipline.

  1 year of experience in an Agile development environment.

  Physical Requirements

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
