　　Our Company

　　SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

　　People with an attention to detail willing to work in a fast paced work environment have been successful in our long-term care pharmacy.

　　Seeking Experience IV Certified Pharmacy Technician, 2nd or 3rd shift (Monday - Friday & every other weekend) for our Columbus, Ohio Team!

　　All hours worked on 2nd or 3rd shift are paid a $2.00 shift differential.

　　Responsibilities

　　Perform duties assigned by the supervisor and/or licensed pharmacist.

　　Complete IV order entry and refills into computer system for Staff Pharmacist review.

　　Generate accurate labels for dispensing.

　　Serve as a liaison between the Pharmacy and client Facilities to improve customer service and clients’ satisfaction.

　　Analyze and resolved clients IV complains and inquires in timely manner.

　　Prepare compounded sterile admixtures, and no-admixtures products using aseptic technique.

　　Maintain the pharmacy clean room to 797 requirements.

　　Maintain proper documentation, logs and reports to compliance with Company policies and procedures.

　　Maintain inventory and assure appropriate storage of IV supplies.

　　Continue to educate by attending drug in-services and by keeping up with policy changes.

　　Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas according to prescribed methods.

　　Perform other duties as requested.

　　Qualifications

　　H.S. diploma or equivalent, required.

　　Licensed with Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician

　　Pharmacy Technician Certificate a must

　　Knowledge of IV products ad compounding procedures.

　　Knowledge of proper gowning procedure and aseptic technique.

　　General knowledge of USP 797.

　　Strong customer service skills.

　　Must be detail oriented.
