About Recruiting Coordinator

  We are seeking for an energetic and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have a vital role in supporting our Leadership and Recruiting Staff by identifying exceptional talent for our organization. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through different channels, creating talent pipelines, and providing overall support to the Recruitment Staff and Leadership throughout the hiring process.

  Needs to be onsite 3 times a week.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Utilize various sourcing methods, including online searches, social media platforms, networking events, and industry connections to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.

  Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for key positions, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  Collaborate with recruiters and management to understand specific job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate profiles.

  Utilize the company's ATS to input job listings. Coordinate and manage the posting of positions on both internal and approved external job boards. Review internal job orders, identify staffing needs, and collaborate with the recruiting team to track and maintain the currency of all external job postings.

  Work closely with recruiters to understand the overall hiring strategy and contribute to the development of effective recruitment plans.

  Provide regular updates on the status of candidate pipelines, challenges, and successes.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  Generate reports and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

  Contribute to employer branding efforts by actively promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Zero to two years’ experience or Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.

  Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Must have the ability to multitask.

  Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelors in B.A., or a related field is preferred.

  Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role in talent acquisition.

  Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networks.

  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
