Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior SDET in Broomfield, CO. This is a contract role. The duration is 12/31/2024 and they could see potential extension beyond EOY if all goes well. This position will be remote, and the candidate is required to work in chair from 9am-4am MST. The start date is asap.Project/Work Overview:
Will be doing some testing on Applications
One team of SDET (2) and team of Engineers (8) that this role will work hand in hand with
Main project they will be focused on is for an application that will transform the way people are renting products and automating this process to satisfy customers
Goal is to change the way products are offered to customers
Will be doing all automation in API and database space
Interview process Interview Process:
Two rounds - Interviews
5 years of experience: (will mostly be utilizing C# for the API middle layer
3 years of test Automation/Speckflow: Speckflow; Will mostly be doing Functional and regression testing; Performance testing would be a nice to have
3 years of SQL Server: Need to be strong with SQL Server
Automation/Manual: Mostly Automation/Very low manual
CI/CD: The CI/CD is established so not much here; More of candidate's ability to come up to speed on it and if they see areas for improvement speak up on it
RestAPI's: Most of development work will be done in the API middle layer
Leadership & Communication: Great soft skills; Needs to be able to collaborate well with others; Wants someone to be able to give recommendations but also taking what they are given and going with that; A lot of processes are already established but open to recommendations where it's asked or seen

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
