  About the job

  Join Twilio as a Recruiter, responsible for partnering with managers from the Americas GTM teams to fuel the growth of our Communications organization. As a strategic partner to the business, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in all talent matters. As a Recruiter, you will establish strong partnerships within your aligned organizations, gaining a deep understanding of the business objectives to effectively deliver top-tier talent that supports these objectives.

  Responsibilities

  In this role, you’ll:

  Own the recruitment process end-to-end: conduct intake calls with the hiring managers, open and manage requisitions, develop search strategies, assess talent, steer the interview process for interviewers and candidates, and close candidates via the offer process

  Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to understand and consult on their team’s talent needs (external and internal)

  Conduct comprehensive and competency-based candidate interviews, demonstrating the ability to operationalize role requirements and hiring manager preferences to ensure a consistent candidate assessments. Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skill sets and competencies against our Twilio Magic values and job requirements

  Ensure a top-tier experience for every candidate, regardless of the hiring decision

  Display operational excellence following Twilio’s company and regional recruitment processes and SLAs

  Collaborate with Recruiting Engine on talent intelligence and strategy

  Maximize the efficiency and operational excellence of the Talent Acquisition process through strong data and reporting

  Qualifications

  Required:

  2+ years experience in a recruiting role (or similar), preferably at technology companies with a global presence

  Demonstrated success with full lifecycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously

  Proven track record of delivering on the business goals in a fast-paced, challenging work environment

  Strong relationship management of hiring managers to lead effective searches and drive compliant hiring practices

  Ability to represent Twilio’s employer brand and serve as an ambassador for the company

  Desired:

  Experience hiring for GTM, quota carrying sales rolesLocation

  This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in California, Washington, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.

  *Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

  The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  Based in Colorado: $92,800.00-$116,000.00

  This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

  The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
