The goal of the RMTs is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of military recruiters and teams within their assigned states to improve mission success.Responsible for performing analyses and providing training that increases the effectiveness of individual ARNG recruiters and teams within their assigned areas.NLT 20 calendar days after assignment, shall complete analyses of and provide production and market analysis reports on their assigned area.Holds in-person initial individualized training/mentorship for identified Recruiting and Retention NCOs.Conducts in person and virtual follow-up meetings and sessions with recruiters.Evaluates recruiter's strengths and weaknesses and provides tailored training/mentoring to improve overall performance.Conducts initial meetings with assigned recruiter and provides an initial assessment report documenting the individual's particular issues/needs, and a plan of action for addressing areas for improvement, including anticipated timeline.Coordinates and conducts recruiter team training event for each Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) during each period of performance.
Qualifications
A college degree is preferred but not required.The RMTs shall possess, as a minimum, five years of successful military recruiting experience (or have obtained a Master Badge if prior ARNG or Army Recruiter (or equivalent from another branch of service) and preferably served in a leadership position with any Recruiting Command (any branch of service) as at least a Team Leader, or equivalent (typically a senior E6 or E7).
