Referral certificates will be issued on the following dates and/or upon management's request: Responsibilities Assists Facility Manager in the overall management and operation of a fitness facility. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Duties include adjusting due to changes in program demands or hours of operation and assisting in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions. Performs facility cleanliness and/or monitors contracts. Conducts classes and walks all facility rooms to provide guidance or referral as appropriate. Assists with publicity of programs and events assists with marketing of posters, flyers and other promotional material. Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Assists with the inventory of property. Monitors fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate. Possesses directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
