JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a medical assistant at Amery Hospital and Clinic,you will assist the physician/provider with all activities related to apatient/provider encounter that includes activities prior to, as aresult of, and after the clinic visit that includes working oninbound/outbound health-line calls, entering encounters and voicemailsand supporting the clinic team as a whole in all capacities as needed.Being flexible and willing to change same day job duty responsibilitieswith little notice is important in this role. Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE,Monday, Thursday & Friday (Amery Clinic) and Tuesday (Turtle LakeClinic) from 6:30a-5p Required Qualifications: High Schooldiploma/equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program(MA, CMA or RMA), current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin, orgraduate of an accredited EMT program. Current CPR certificationrequired within 6 months of hire and maintained while employed.Preferred Qualifications: Prefer a minimum of 1 year of CMA, EMT, RMA orLPN experience. Demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.Experience with EPIC system.
