　　Both location job duties include filing files, answering phones and scanning paperwork. Independent performance of varied clerical duties is required which involves moderate decision making.

　　The use of a personal computer for reviewing cases and answering questions is an integral part of this position.

　　The work is performed in accordance with well-defined objectives, policies and procedures, but detailed instructions are given for new or difficult assignments
