Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports and coordinates the operational development and execution of the EMEA marketing plans and initiatives. Coordinates the Day-to-day requirements that needs to accomplish by the marketing team, drafts reports and runs the project plans, manages the translation process and overall project timelines and activity tracker, as well as the budget overview. The Marketing Coordinator manages the Social Media Calendar and the Social Media Tool Hootsuite including Social Media metrics and analytics, supports email marketing campaign including the handling with appropriate software tools as ‘back up’. This role is also vital in the investigation of new projects as per the business need- whether internal or external and aids in all comms activities. This role reports to the Director, Marketing & Customer Engagement.

Marketing Support
Deliver World Class Service - Project Management and operational support of all EMEA Marketing plans, marketing (briefing creative/ timelines /deliverables)
See the Bigger Picture - Organisng local marketing requests
Support in organising and attending exhibitions & industry events and business collaterals.
Oversee the entire lifecycle for projects and campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on time schedule- managing digital, creative, content and
Social Media and Press Releases
Oversees Social Media content development and management of Hootsuite & Community Management
Supports local PR activities, managing the local special interest database and organise effective press release distros
Administration
Managing translations with applicable colleagues & (DeepLTool) and local review/approval process
Support the development and execution of Encore brand and content initiatives.
Develop and execute Encore’s content strategy in order to enhance our thought leadership position as well as support integrated marketing efforts.
Develop approach to exhibition & industry events participations and support relevant on-trend brand presence and business collaterals.
Manage the creative & purchasing process for regional merchandise
Drive Results - Managing Marketing Project Plan/Project Tracker & budget overview/invoicing and budget allocation
Internal Communications
Do the Right Thing – Support the business to ensure a consistent message and brand image.Job Requirements
Bachelor degree required, or equivalent
Previous experience working within an Advertising Agency or Marketing Department
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Comfort and experience in online media with ability to learn new technology quickly
Ability to multi-task effectively
Language skills – English and German are desirable
