A Construction Software company based out of Portland, Oregon is looking to hire a new Front Desk Representative for their Office. The team is looking for Talent with experience in Front Desk, Receptionist, and Customer Service roles. This position will start out at their Portland location but will move to their new office in Lake Oswego come July. Candidates need to be open to both sites! 　　This person is going to be the face of the company

　　Receives and directs visitors to appropriate locations and parties

　　operates a single or multiple position telephone system

　　maintains a visitors’ log and issues badges when necessary and notifies personnel of visitor arrival

　　May perform related clerical work such as word processing, filing, sorting, and mail distribution.

　　Not afraid to jump in and help others on the team.

　　Communication by chat, phone, google call, in person.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Customer service

　　Be the face of company (greet visitors, etc).

　　Ability to switch gears, prioritize, and/ or multi-task

　　Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Sheets
