Plans, schedules, coordinates, supervises, and directs activities, safety, and functions of employees in the customer billing group
Collaborates with and develops good working relationships with internal stakeholder departments to maintain high levels of customer service and billing accuracy
Oversees billing exceptions created and allocates exceptions to classified workforce to be remedied
Allocates defect testing to classified workforce
Responsible for receiving and allocating customer complaints to be investigated and responded to in a timely manner
Assures the correct completion of all required reports to State and Federal authorities.
Assists with the ongoing operation of the retail access program, including both customer and marketer aspects
Monitors and controls budget allowances for payroll, materials and supplies and purchases.
Supports storm emergency restoration efforts
Associates degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field and at least 2 years of related work experience. In lieu of an Associates degree, a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least five years of related experience
Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn new computer software programs quickly
Strong analytical skills, including ability to proficiently perform data analysis to assess issues and drive business resolutions
Must demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn, promote a strong work ethic, and be committed to a positive customer service approach
Ability to work in a deadline oriented, fast paced environment
