Job description

　　The GENERAL LABORER will support Franklin Industries in various ways such as material handling, bundling, and assembly.

　　Full on-the-job training is available but previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Mechanical skills and/or experience in assembly is also always a plus. This is an entry level position with multiple opportunities for career growth.

　　Shift hours for Highway Department and Farm Manufacturing Line Operators are 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Saturdays as scheduled: 6:00 am - 2 pm.

　　Other department hours may vary slightly.  

　　Most positions are day shift; we do have a few night shift positions open at times. (When available, those hours are typically 8 pm - 6 am, or 10 pm - 6 am. amd night shift positions start at $16/hour.)

　　Overtime is required: over 40 hours is paid at "time-and-a-half."

　　Benefits are available on the first of the month following 60 Days of employment.Job Type: Full-time
