　　Lighting Rebates Specialist Responsibilities :

　　Develop and manage the rebates process in accordance with company policies

　　Ensure accurate documentation of rebate transactions

　　Ensure compliance with rebate agreements, terms, and conditions

　　Effectively and promptly communicate with customers and vendors regarding rebates programs and related inquiries

　　Analyze market trends and competitor rebate programs

　　Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for development

　　Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to rebate claims

　　Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of rebate programs

　　Work with the sales team as well as lighting manufacturers to prepare accurate quotes for lighting products and projects

　　Prepare detailed lighting quotes and proposals for customers

　　Lighting Rebates Specialist Qualifications and Skills :

　　2+ years' rebates experience

　　Knowledge of and sales experience with lighting products preferred

　　Exceptional customer service and communication skills

　　Multitasking and prioritizing

　　Organized and efficient to handle multitasking environment

　　Computer skills to include Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word

　　Knowledge of Epicor Eclipse a plus

　　A valid and clean NYS driver's license to travel to customers as needed
