　　The Director of Product Implementation is responsible for leading the product implementation team. The role oversees the implementation of new features or products. The Director of Product Implementation works with cross-functional teams to ensure new features and products are implemented according to the business requirements with quality.

　　Responsibilities

　　· Hires, onboards and trains product implementation managers.

　　· Establishes standard document templates and processes for product implementation.

　　· Leads all aspects of the implementation of new features and products.

　　· Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as actuarial, finance, legal, sales, marketing, operations and information technology to deliver innovative market- leading products.

　　· Continuously identifying and evaluating improvement opportunities in the product implementation process.

　　· Leads the identification and mitigation planning of risks associated with product implementation.

　　· Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Education and Experience

　　· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field.

　　· Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

　　· 10 years of implementation experience.

　　· 4 years in leadership.

　　Technical Skills and Knowledge

　　· Project Management skills.

　　· Data-driven decision making with strong analytical and quantitative thinking.

　　· Ability to work in a matrixed environment.

　　· Strong working knowledge of health insurance products.

　　· Strong skills in MS Office products including MS teams, Excel and PowerPoint.

　　· Skilled in business strategy.
