　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing and sampling activities

　　Inspect packaged and stored fruit to ensure specifications are met

　　Report quality results and issues with operations and management

　　Work closely with operations and management on corrective action when the product does not meet specifications

　　Conduct visual and measurement tests on fruit to ensure they meet the approved requirements; communicating any required changes to the management

　　Maintain detailed records of the food production that's been carried out, as well as relevant additional information, and various metrics such as the number of defective fruit each day.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
