  Perform all duties required for a warm welcome and efficient check inand check out process, abiding by our service standards. Maintain thehighest level of employee/guest relations. Answer all phone callspromptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurateinformation. Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, which includes VIPS,repeat guests, all packages, and any special requests, amenities orcelebrations. Be knowledgeable of Vermont and area events and offeringsto suggest to guests/visitors. Be knowledgeable and provide informationon special events, group needs, resort amenities and activities anddistribute associated information/packets, gift bags, etc. Perform allcashier functions to include accurate posting of charges to individualsand groups, and maintenance of cash receipts and hotel banks. Resolveguest issues and ensure follow-up as needed with the guest andapplicable department. Complete all items on appropriate (AM, PM,Overnight) checklist by end of shift. Perform reservation functionsincluding entering and updating group files. Attend departmentalstand-up meetings and group resume meetings on an as needed basis.Assist in keeping the front desk area clean, stocked, and organized.Assist with room deliveries or guest/visitor requested on an as neededbasis. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship withfront office associates and all departments. Enthusiastically collectguest feedback and communicate to appropriate Manager/Director. Completeadditional tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager. Please note ourbusiness is open 7 days a week. Shifts and schedule will vary based ondemand. The position requires weekend and holiday work.

  Able to be friendly and engaging with all guests, visitors and fellowassociates required. Strong communication and presentation skillsrequired. Excellent computer skills required. Excellent listening skillsrequired. Ability to handled multiple tasks efficiently required.Knowledge of MS Office, Email, and social media required. Ability towork well under pressure in a fast-paced environment/Ability to walk andstand for extended periods of time required. Ability to reach, crouch,bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift. Ability to lift up to 30lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend andholidays.

  Shifts: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 10:00AM 6:00 PM, or 3 PM to 11 PM or anycombination of 8-hour time increments. WILL WORK WEEKENDS, SPLIT ANDROTATE SHIFTS. MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ANY DAYS/HOURS AS NEEDED,INCLUDING WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS. On the job training will be provided,if necessary, but is not required. 40 hours per week Saturday throughSunday; \$15.78 per hour and Overtime at \$23.67 per hour whenavailable.

  Employer will use single workweek to compute wages due. Pay bi-weekly.Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job will beprovided at no charge. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equalto at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of thetotal employment period. Employer will provide workers without charge ordeposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to performthe job. Employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheckrequired by law. Workers have the option to live in employer providedhousing. Workers choosing to live in employer provided housing will becharged \$7 per day for onsite housing of 2 people per room and 1 mealper day on days that the associate works. A \$200 security deposit willbe deducted over two pay periods and will be refunded n the lastpaycheck after a room inspection is complete.

  H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer willprovide transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to theextent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place ofwork. If the worker does not use the Employer arranged and paid fortransportation, the Employer will reimburse the worker for anytransportation costs incurred. If the workers require reimbursement forany transportation costs, and subsistence (including meals and lodging),the employer will reimburse workers in the first workweek. Uponcompletion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at the rate of \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of per day \$59.00 with receipts.
