　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II to join our team in Herndon, VA supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　The Quality Assurance Specialist II helps champion implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects to include adhering to defined processes, submitting supporting artifacts, and properly training team members.

　　They support coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits and appraisals with projects/local personnel.

　　They work with projects to resolve corrective actions and findings assigned to projects in a timely manner.

　　They participate in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project.

　　The Quality Assurance Specialist II takes direction from more senior personnel.

　　Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of relevant work experienceDesired Qualifications:

　　2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

　　Experience in participating in Quality Management activities.

　　Security Clearance:

　　Active Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
