　　Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team?At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.We are seeking a Psychiatric Technician to join our team in our Bethlehem, PA location.Position DetailsThe Psychiatric Technician will administer medication and therapeutic treatments, monitor for potential side effects and report. They provide care in a manner that considers the patient's rights, safety, comfort and the overall therapeutic environment and will also observe, document and report resident behavior.  The Mental Health worker will monitor and document weights, blood pressure, pulse and respiration per MD orders and monthly for all residents. They communicate with co-workers and supervisors in a timely manner that affects patient care or well-being. The Mental Health Worker will fill in resident charts, assist in orientation and training of new staff members, understand, and implement Merakey policies and procedures, and complete assessment forms on each client on admission, quarterly and as needed. Someone in this role will order refills of medications, act as lead staff when the Administrator or Asst. Administrator is not available.
