With experiencedleaders to guide you along the way - including a dedicated performance advisor- we are invested in accelerating your growth.Who You Are:Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field of studyMinimum 3 years of experience in valuation analyses for financial reportingpurposes as well as tax purposesHave or obtaining a CFA, ASA, or CEIV credentialExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office ExcelExperience with valuation concepts and approaches (income, market andcost) utilized to value: business enterprise/equity valuations,intangible assets, contingent consideration, and complex securities anddebt inYou have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationshipsYou get the job done and have fun doing itYou thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environmentYou readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutionsYou demonstrate analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communicationskillsYou enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such ascommunity service, training, recruiting, and firm eventsWhat You'll Do:Assist with projects which will include valuations for the following:business enterprise/equity valuations, intellectual property/intangibleassets, impairment testing - goodwill and long-lived assets, contingentconsideration, stock options, complex securities, and debt instruments.Directly engage with client management and their advisors to gain anunderstanding of their operations, processes, and strategic objectivesPrepare analyses for financial reporting, tax, and general consulting purposesDevelop financial models and analyze data in complex spreadsheetsPrepare narrative business valuation reports to be shared with the client as adeliverablePerform industry research and competitive analysisFor applicants located in Colorado, the expected pay range for this positionis $80,000 to $145,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefitsfor which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account avariety of factors that are considered in making individual compensationdecisions including but not limited to experience and training; skillsets; licensure and certifications; location and other business andorganizational needs; and applicable laws.#LI-ML1
