　　Zantech is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant IMO Manager to oversee and manage the organizations IT/IM processes and resources to enable business and mission processes.

　　Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

　　Provide the administrative, operational, customer service, and maintenance support for all incidents, as well as requests for new services for the classified and unclassified IT environment. This includes systems such as VOIP, VOSIP, mobile devices, mission applications, collaboration tools, UC, GCCSJ, JOPES, T-Metrics and others.

　　Maintain, to full operational status, all IT equipment located at the COOP site.

　　Support VIP tickets to be resolved in 24 hours.

　　Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

　　General Network/Systems knowledge supporting the client

　　Understand and follow the client priorities

　　Strong Customer Service

　　Ticketing Systems

　　High School completion/Diploma

　　ITIL understanding

　　Required Security Clearance:

　　Active SECRET or above clearance“Outstanding Performance…Always!”
