Plan, direct, or coordinating the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Usually managed through subordinate supervisors. Implement PSM programs and ensure that regulatory requirements are met as a minimum as directed by the Implement corporate programs and systems that drive consistency while ensuring procedures and practices are aligned with state and federal laws and regulations. Conducts audits and inspections of plant performance activities. Educate personnel on program aspects to include: hazard recognition, inspections, and how to address gaps. Coordinates and participates in PSM and RMP program activities at a local and asset level which include management of change, pre-startup, safety review, and process hazard analysis activities.
