　　The position

　　By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

　　Work within an organization that is responsible for planning and execution of modification projects and Turn Arounds on our Onshore Facilities in Hammerfest, Tjeldbergodden, Mongstad, Sture/Kollsnes and Kårstø.

　　Collaborate and build strong relationships with respective disciplines and stakeholders to ensure high quality project planning deliverables, like eg. network planning and schedule risk analysis along with strong collaboration with suppliers and close follow-up of contract obligations and deliveries.

　　Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project progress to identify potential risk areas, forecast progress, critical path, float and schedule outcomes.

　　Support the project team by managing project scheduling activities from the design phase to project close out.

　　Contribute to continuous improvement of Equinor’s templates, methods, procedures, and tools within the planning discipline.

　　Depending on your background, working with turnarounds, project plan or the master plan of the onshore facility.

　　Certificate of apprenticeship or Bachelor within engineering or other relevant discipline. Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.

　　Preferably 3-5 years post-graduate relevant experience from project planning.

　　Structured with strong analytical skills and focus on timely deliveries with the right quality.

　　Solution and result oriented with the ability to collaborate, communicate and influencing through a positive mindset across different teams.

　　Proven track record of driving improvements, standardisations and digitalisation.Knowledge and/or interest in big data management, analysis and visualization (dashboards / Power BI).

　　Good knowledge of SAP and SAFRAN.

　　English and Norwegian fluent oral and written.
