Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Guildford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on customer service, data entry, and business development. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, managing email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner • Providing top-notch customer service to both internal and external customers • Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy • Handling email correspondence efficiently and promptly • Scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary • Assisting with business development activities as directed • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks • Participating in training for business development to continuously improve skills • Managing inbound and outbound calls effectively • Contributing to the overall success of the team by providing administrative support as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Strong skills in data entry and management

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to effectively manage and schedule appointments

• Experience in email correspondence with attention to detail

• Proven ability in business development and related skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
