　　Major responsibilities

　　Time blocks and presides the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

　　Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

　　Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

　　Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops

　　Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

　　Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

　　Get involved to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

　　Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

　　Interacts and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members

　　Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

　　Help out with classifying, identifying, and managing risk for functional improvement requests

　　Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

　　Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

　　Secure that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met

　　Oversees project planning

　　Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice

　　Jointly acts with Product Owner/Product Manager to warrant that the product vision and high-level business objectives are definite and viable

　　Gives a hand to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

　　Attends as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

　　Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief Requirements - Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

　　This position will be the best fit for a candidate with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

　　Candidates who are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies will be preferred

　　Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

　　Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

　　Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

　　Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Project

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

　　Acquisition Integration experience preferred
