The position of Senior Graphic Designer will be based out of our Birmingham, AL location!
Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling and impactful design solutions that align with the company's brand identity and business objectives, in accordance with the guidance provided by the Director of Creative Services. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the cross-functional marketing team, to translate complex ideas and messages into visually engaging graphics that adhere to the creative vision established by the Director.
What You’ll Do
Develop visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages
Contribute to the development of the overall visual strategy for the brand
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining efficient workflow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that align with business goals
Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers
Conduct thorough quality checks on design materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Manage the company's marketing assets
Routinely review processes for continual improvement with a focus on increased productivity, elimination of wasteful spending, and the expansion of service offerings

What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent industry work experience)
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
B2B company or product experience preferred
Creative team leadership experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Exceptional creativity, visual storytelling skills, and a strong understanding of design principles
Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction within the Marketing team and cross-functional teams
Strong project management abilities, including time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the company's creative vision
Knowledge of multimedia design and motion graphics
