　　Summary

　　HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our growing team supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in Quantico, VA! This role is responsible for the performance of projects and/or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements, as well as company policies, procedures, and guidelines. This role will direct and supervise all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. This position will also be on a hybrid work schedule, including telework!

　　What you will do

　　Assist in maintaining, developing, planning, implementing, programming, tracking, coordinating, and reporting of projects

　　Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects

　　Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services

　　Assists customer in defining project scope and objectives

　　Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

　　Manage project priorities and provide guidance and direction to the project team to achieve customer expectations

　　Coordinate required planning documents through the analysis / risk assessment, requisition / contracting, and execution phases

　　Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

　　Organize and facilitate conferences and working groups

　　Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables

　　Responsible for the preparation of and accountability of contract deliverables

　　Responsible for assisting in the technical leadership and direction for a multidisciplinary staff

　　Prepares and approves standard operating procedures, protocols, and other technical documentation

　　Conducts briefings and technical meetings for all levels, to include senior leadership

　　Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management

　　Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports

　　Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

　　Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, and clients

　　Additional duties as assigned or required

　　What we are looking for

　　5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience

　　Relevant DoD experience

　　Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance

　　Bonus points for...

　　5+ years of relevant DoD experience

　　Knowledge of Agile Methodologies

　　Knowledge of Amazon Web Service (AWS)

　　Visio experience

　　Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired

　　Physical Requirements

　　Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family.
