Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Act as a technical resource between the customer andengineering or other departments to address and resolve inquiries andtechnical application to ensure customer requirements are met. Performproject coordination activities, to include project submittals,production activities, factory acceptance tests, the scheduling of humanassets, costing, general management, etc., ensuring the completion ofthe project on time, within budgetary constraints, and meeting thecustomer\'s specifications. Effectively communicate with sales andcustomers to clarify order requirements and provide status updates onorders. Maintain technical competency and remain current in technologyand changes in the industry. Ensure organizational compliance with alllocal, state, and federal regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance withall safety and work rules and regulations. Ensure the maintenance ofdepartmental housekeeping standards. Ensure the completion of allrequired reports, paperwork, records, documents, etc. Complete specialprojects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:Industry and Project Management experience preferred. Familiarity withproject scheduling tools and techniques to develop and maintain projecttimelines. Ability to create and review technical documentation,including project plans, specifications, engineering drawings, andreports. A team player that seeks input from others and contributes tothe team effort to achieve a common goal. Attention to detail. Achievesthoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern forall areas involved. Ability to build relationships both internally andexternally to support customer needs. Ability to organize, prioritize,and approach tasks with a sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills to convey complex technical information to diversestakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
