PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Project Coordinator I in Cupertino, California.

　　Job Title: Project Coordinator I

　　Job Type: Full time; contract ( 12 months )

　　Location: Cupertino, CA 95014

　　Schedule: First shift, hybrid (9 AM - 5 PM)

　　Pay Rate: $35.82 per hour

　　The candidate must be able to come to Cupertino office 3-5 times per week to conduct studies from 9AM to 5PM. Because this candidate must work with schedule of other Apple employees it is important for this candidate to be able to be in the office by 9AM or earlier. Also, this is not for every day of the week. However flexibility must be there. Also, transportation should not be an issue.

　　Data Collections Project Coordinator

　　Key Qualifications

　　Strong proficiency in configuring macOS and iOS devices

　　Comfortable working with Terminal on macOS

　　Ability to follow complex and technical guidelines typically used to setup the devices for data collection.

　　Ability to investigate, debug and triage HW/SW problems and independently work towards results

　　Quick learner, an eye for detail to accurately follow a protocol during data collection.

　　Experience hitting project deliverables dates on tight schedules and within a defined scope.

　　Integrity and respect for customer privacy and new product security guidelines.

　　Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

　　Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Project planning expertise, as well as forecasting and budgeting

　　Working knowledge of ensuring high data quality results

　　Train and manage vendor partners across multiple projects in a highly cross-functional environment.

　　Drive project success metrics and timelines.

　　Directly manage the day-to-day, workflows, and metrics of vendor teams

　　Work with legal and become the subject matter expert for guidelines and policies

　　Partner with product teams on building out data collection strategy.

　　Scope and define strategies for robust data collection at scale

　　Identify and lead opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions.

　　Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Knowledge of any scripting language such as Python and/or knowledge of software build process is a plus.

　　Pay Details: $35.82 per hour
