　　You will be reporting to our SR.HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing our talent acquisition department and everything that involves our continuous performance processes, talent planning, management, and development.

　　Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

　　Ideally you will have more than 3 years of experience as a Talent acquisition / Talent management supervisor. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

　　HR, Administration, or communication Degree

　　Fluent in English and Spanish (Essential)

　　Experience in manufacturing recruiting administration in all levels (operational, technicians, supervisors, management)

　　Talent management tools (9box, career paths, continuous performance)

　　Training management experience

　　Microsoft Office

　　Experience with SuccessFactors platform

　　Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups within the organization.

　　Oriented to an organizational culture.
