Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a Construction Estimator/Project Coordinator to join our client's Division 10 team, focusing on client interactions within their target markets. Ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, excels in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in product knowledge, driven by estimating and managing projects, and is self-motivated to succeed.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Evaluate bid requests for project scope, collaborating with architects, general contractors, and building owners to propose effective solutions.

　　Interpret blueprints and specifications accurately for precise project bidding.

　　Provide comprehensive, informative, and accurate takeoffs of specified materials.

　　Identify opportunities for alternative options and present them strategically.

　　Ensure timely submission of bids before deadlines.

　　Cultivate client relationships, conduct bid follow-ups, and track project progress.

　　Oversee material procurement and coordinate on-site material delivery.

　　Fulfill other necessary functions as required or assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Associate/Bachelor's degree or higher, or relevant experience in construction estimating and project management.

　　Minimum three years of experience in estimating/project management, preferably in distribution, construction, or manufacturing.

　　Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills with prioritization abilities.

　　Proficient in math and measurement skills.

　　Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sage 100, and Google Suite.

　　Ability to comprehend construction documents, including blueprints and plan specifications.

　　Experience with On-Screen Takeoff is preferred, but not mandatory.

　　Motivated and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
