Responsibilities
Follow established PM and marketing processes leverage existing tools and templates
Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating workplans
Central coordinator for project team members executing tasks
Tracks tasks against the workplan to ensure deliverables are received on time
Captures, mitigates or escalates issues affecting work plan to CM
Record keeper and communicator of meetings, decisions, action items, stores project materials
Responsible to update tools such as Campaign Management Tool
Drafts or assists with campaign status reports for Campaign Manager
May have growth assignments such as assisting other teams or process improvement

Experience required
Bachelor's degree required
2- 4 years as project manager coordinator and some marketing experience
Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)
Proficient with MS Office tools and experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, Workspace is a plus
Exposure to various project methodologies traditional, Agile, etc.
Excellent written communications
Results driven, detail oriented and well organized, excellent follow up
Efficient meeting management
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate team members to complete tasks by building trusted relationships
Produce high quality, detailed work as part of a fast paced, dynamic team
Experience using SalesForce (Plus)
