Your mission will be to lead, coach and develop the customer service team. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager with Manufacturing experience to join our talented team of 5 Customer Service dedicated representatives, coordinating with both internal and external customers for the Taste segment North America.
The role of the team is to create and maintain sustainable client-centered relationships with our customers. This is a very interesting and diverse role in one of our fastest-growing locations. This is a challenging role requiring a hands-on, pro-active self-starter that learns quickly and gets things done while guiding this team to success.
Job Requirements
How you will spend your time:
You will supervise, coach and support the team that has to ensure customer satisfaction in a good balance within our organization.
Build strong relationships with Account Managers and customers
Follow up on escalation of critical sales orders, customer complaints, QC issues
Liaise closely with other departments to resolve issues and potential bottlenecks
Monitor order fulfillment process
Trouble shooting and reporting as needed
Required Skills
Professionalism, self-development and being a good team player are key values

Collaboration skills, are a quick learner and be able to Work with people from all backgrounds and disciplines
ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Required Experience
7-10 years of relevant Customer Service experience including 3-5 as manager or a similar position, in a multinational company
A Bachelor degree is preferred
MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) are required along ERP database experience
