　　Job Description

　　Provide support to the Project Controls Manager throughout the project lifecycle;

　　Analyze schedule and cost impacts;

　　Track and maintain budgets;

　　Analyze and report weekly/monthly cost and schedule trends;

　　Prepare monthly project controls reports;

　　Liaise with contractors and designers regarding costs and schedules;

　　Document all project requirements and objectives;

　　Respond to ad hoc requests for data;

　　Review change orders and track any changes to the approved budget;

　　Track work progress against approved schedules;

　　Perform quantity take-offs for all trades;

　　Prepare estimates;

　　Maintain a database of cost benchmarks;

　　Reconcile cost vs. value;

　　Track and report on cost savings;

　　Review and approve payment applications;

　　Process, track and report on vendor and consultant invoices;

　　Review subcontractor proposals and bids and analyze for cost risks; and

　　Report on project status.

　　Office Engineer or any other job title performing all listed job duties.

　　JOB TIME : Full Time

　　Qualifications

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of experience in the Related Occupation

　　SALARY RANGE: $125K - $135K per year
