In this role, you will operate as a strategic business partner and leading authority on Industry Networks People Engagement with M+C leadership and business stakeholders. Leading with an audience-first mindset, you will leverage data and insights with advanced targeting to deliver highly personalized and relevant experiences for our people.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively engage with business stakeholders to define an annual/ongoing strategic communication plan informed by audience insights and aligned business priorities.
Understand business stakeholder priorities and align expectations accordingly regarding the defined scope and responsibility of People Engagement (PE).
Leverage data and analytics to guide M+C and business stakeholders to optimal communication channel use aligned to targeted audience segments.
Create a clear and compelling brief (as needed) to initiate requests and collaborate with other People Engagement Business Partners, where relevant, in the execution of key internal communication activities.
Have clear visibility of the primary internal communications channels (and their performance) aligned to your respective audience and business stakeholders (Portal / Internal Sites, Viva Engage Communities, MS Teams, Good Morning Accenture (GMA), etc.)
Work across PE Business Partner teams to reduce duplicative work, where relevant, leverage current global campaigns; as well as existing content agendas (internal and external) to drive efficiency and consistency of core messaging. • Add value to the business and our broader People Engagement team by prioritizing time and talent on our programs that support our strategy, business, purpose, and brand.
Partner with Accenture Creative and Accenture Productions through our Audience & Calendar teams and where necessary external agencies, to ensure strategic and cost-effective use of services.
Partnering across teams including M+C, Industries, Functions, Services, Markets, Market Units, and Corporate Functions to execute internal communication initiatives from concept to delivery
Partnering with:
Business stakeholders: Senior business leaders in and outside of M+C aligned to the Industry, Function, Market, Market Unit, Corporate Function, or Service. This may include the Industry Practice Chair (IPC), Industry Sector Lead (ISL), M+C Lead, and select exceptions within the Industry leadership team.
Audience & Calendar Team (A&C): Experts on audience targeting and segmentation (e.g., business area, org level, etc.). Understands audience needs and how they best consume content. Supports Business Partner alignment with Accenture Creative and Accenture Production.
Writing & Content Team (W&C): Creating engaging written content/stories for internal use. Specializing in writing content for specific business stakeholders and audiences.
Experience, Channel & Community Team (ECC): Execution arm of People Engagement. Shared service team for the promotion of key content aligned to primary internal communication channels. Includes alignment to People Comms Delivery support.
Data & Analytics Team: Driving channel use strategy, audience engagement insights, and return on investment metrics for People Engagement activities.
