Overview
$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience. This is paid out in one lump sum in the paycheck after you’ve been employed by us for 30 days (contingent on meeting the requirements.)

Responsibilities
Demonstrates accountability for professional development that improves the quality of professional practice and patient care.

Leads multidisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and smooth transitions across the continuum.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licensure,
Certifications and Minimum Experience
Required: ADN or Diploma
Preferred: BSN
National Certification Preferred
BLS
Certifications for Nursing Specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
At least one (1) year of recent acute care experience or successful completion of an RN refresher course for acute care nurses
Demonstrated competence in Clinical Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire

Pay Range
$28.50 - $43.46 /hour
