The coalition focuses on systems that impact families with children from prenatal to five (a critical period of development) during which there are significant opportunities to make investments in children and families to close opportunity gaps. The Program Manager will manage the different aspects of the universal access/living wages campaign and serve as a conduit to connecting families with early learning programs offered by Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington.Responsibilities:Management of Universal Access/Living wage contract deliverables for CCA WA Central Region:General Regional Grassroots Mobilization Staffing:This role involves coordinating regional cohorts and supporting statewide grassroots activities for the campaign.Building a Regional Provider Mobilization Cohort:This role focuses on recruiting and retaining childcare providers to support the campaign, providing incentives and support, and coordinating with the CCA of WA for messaging and training.Building a Regional Parent Mobilization Cohort:This role involves creating and sustaining grassroots advocacy cohorts of parents with compelling childcare stories, ensuring diversity within the cohort, and supporting them with incentives, training, and opportunities to advocate.Building a Regional Business Mobilization Cohort:This role focuses on recruiting employers and business leaders to champion the campaign, hosting roundtable events, coordinating with the CCA of WA for training, and serving as advocates for the campaign.Preparing and submitting monthly reports that outline lawmaker engagement plans, event summaries, and updates on the progress of each cohort.Overall, the purpose of these roles is to mobilize and engage various stakeholders in advocating for comprehensive childcare policy proposals in the legislative session and beyond.North Central Early Learning Coalition Management and oversight: provide supervision to the NCELC Program Coordinator to ensure the contract deliverables are met:Provide direct supervision the Program Coordinator-North Central Early Learning Coalition and Early Learning Outreach Program AssistantAttend monthly Washington Communities for Children Leads Meeting and represent Catholic CharitiesNurture and development North Central Early Learning partner connectionsEnsure publications and communications align with Catholic Charities and WCFC guidelinesAttend state meetings as required for lead positionsEarly Learning Community Outreach in the North Central Region:Work in collaboration with the Early Learning and Family Engagement team to create an equitable system of services and opportunity to families and early learning professionals in Central Washington.Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with community
