Pay: $17.00 per hour
At Great Wolf, theCoffee Shop Donut Finisherkeeps our guests energized. The Donut Finisher is responsible for finishing donuts and other baked goods while providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to all.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDetermines quantity of product to be thawed based on information provided on production sheetsHandles product through the re-therming, glazing and cooling stageFinishes product as outlined on production sheets utilizing a variety of frostings and sprinkled toppingsEnhances product by studying and improving finishing techniquesCompletes all required "Just Baked" trainingUnderstands all hospitality standards and holds self accountable for themHandles high-pressure situations calmlyAdheres to all uniform and grooming standardsCommunicates in English and seeks assistance to improve communication skillsActively participates in meeting all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
Basic Qualifications & SkillsSome High School education or equivalentFlexibility regarding scheduling based on business demandsProven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret english language manuals relating to safety, operations, and proceduresSuccessful completion of a criminal background and drug screen
Desired Qualifications & TraitsPrior experience in a retail food environmentPrevious experience demonstrating strong customer servicePrior experience utilizing restaurant equipment and sanitation standardsAbility to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal directionPrevious experience with cash transactions and Point of Sale systemsProven teamwork skills
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of timeAbility to bend, twist, and stretch
