Familiarity in support operations, content moderation operations or vendor management, including basic understanding of key performance metrics . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis to senior audiences . Experience building presentations and briefing documents to communicate insights and influence decision making Experience in change management . Proficiency in Google Suites. Preferred qualifications Experience working with SQL and data visualization . PMP Certified . Process excellence experience . Experience in management consulting, process reengineering, corporate strategy.
