Manage the design, development, planning and implementation of a portfolio of Iacocca Institute programs as assigned as well as other Institute Pipeline, professional or executive programs. Act as a core member of the Institute's new program design and development team. Participate in marketing planning and recruiting activities for Institute programs and lead recruiting/marketing processes for programs as assigned, working closely with the Director of Business Development. This position is a Grade: 9-40 with an approximate salary range of $53,580-$65,210 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications

Curriculum planning and supervision of implementation*Propose draft program schedules and elements (workshops, facilitators, projects trips, etc)*Maintain contacts and information necessary, as part of a centralized program management process, to explore options for facilitators, content and operational options (venues, trips, etc) to create the draft program and evaluate alternatives and cost estimates*Working with the Institute Executive Director, and other program directors, finalize curriculum design and implementation plan for approval and provide the direction needed to lead implementation, collaboratively with Institutestaff*Serve as the accountable point of communication with these partners when issues or questions cannot be resolved by program staff, in consultation with the Institute Executive Director for critical situations as needed*Provide documentation of design and desired outcomes for input to assessments. Implement a standardized system for feedback on specific curricular program elements during/post-program to evaluate the need for changes and improvements. Review feedback with the Institute Executive Director at the conclusion of the program for decisions and goals in next-year planning
New program and initiatives design*As a member of the Institute program leadership group, collaborate on continuous portfolio expansion and evolution of existing programs and their derivative activities*Attend and represent Iacocca Institute at meetings involving potential new opportunities or program collaboration, on- or off-campus*Commit Institute resources after meetings based on review and approval by the Institute director*Plan and manage proposal and collaboration process for Institute, under direction and approval of Institute director, within necessary timeline and resource constraints and taking into account requirements for success*Meet periodically with the Institute director to review capacity and requests
Program and operations staff supervision*Provide day-to-day direction, assignment and management to program and operations staff, in close coordination with Institute Operations Manager/Director, including program manager and coordinator and all temporary staff for assigned programs*Provide Institute Executive Director, and Operations Manager/Director,staffing plans and staff budgets for upcoming programs, for discussion and approval*In coordination with Operations Manager/Director, create and mana e recruiting processes for temporary staff, involving Institute Executive Director appropriately for input, hiring decisions and approvals*Provide input into performance evaluation and alert Institute Executive Director to situations requiring critical feedback*Appropriately review hours and expenditures of program staff to provide input and documentation for Institute director approvals
Budget management and fiscal responsibilities*Create and manage, with input and approval authority of Institute Executive Director, budgets for all assigned programs and initiatives*Understand and remain current on Lehigh financial policies/procedures and relevant department contact information
*Work with Institute Executive Director and support of Institute Operations Manager/Director to complete payroll and immigration paperwork and processing for all temporary program and operational staff in a timely manner*Create timelines and operational manuals for all programs with detailed planning to manage critical paths on all processes involving approvals from other departments such as Human Resources, Payroll, Office of Research, among others
Program Marketing Planning and Recruiting Activities*Co-Create and manage, with close coordination of the Director of Business Development and Operations Manager/Director, program marketing plans/materials and the timeline for recruiting activities*Assist in the identification of potential markets/schools and domestic/international recruiting pipelines and build relationships with existing and potential partners*Work in partnership with LU admissions to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of outreach and support of LU admissions goals (as related to pipeline programming, logic models for discounting programs and creating quasi-scholarships)*Identify opportunities for funding partners and/or custom program opportunities, engaging and supporting the Institute Executive Director and the Director of Business Development in cultivating relationships and partnerships*Manage timelines and responsibilities for all assigned programming and recruiting activities, engaging others across the Institute team to implementSpecial Considerations

Qualifications
Master's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; PHD preferred
Five to eight years related work experience
Experience in project management and working with operational teams
Experience collaborating and communicating with internal and external partners to build strategic relationships
Excellent organizational skills, time management and sound judgment
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
