A Day in the Life
· Ensures payroll and benefits reporting and payments are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
· Collaborates deeply with outside service providers to administer company benefits and payroll systems.
· Collaborates closely with various HR functions and finance to ensure a smooth payroll processing and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
· Researches and interprets regulatory requirements for payroll processing.
· Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
· Responds to and resolve client inquires via the case management system (Service Now).
Must Haves
· Fluent English (verbal and written)and Czech or Polish languages
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
· Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Finance or other relevant fields.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
· Able to handle multiple tasks, priorities and meet deadlines.
· Attention to detail and methodical approach.
· Confidentiality and data protection mindset.
Nice to Haves
· Knowledge of Czech and Polish languages are highly valued.
· Experience in multinational company.
· Interested to further develop within an international company.
